My Turn for an Update

As Dave said, Phoebe has learned all sorts of things in the past couple of months. She’s not quite walking yet, but she’s a fast cruiser. She cut her first tooth on January 16 and her second one about a week later. I had some trouble taking a photo, though, until now! Those little teeth needed to get taller. Phoebe learned to climb the stairs at the end of January, and how to clap shortly thereafter. It’s been an exciting 2011 so far! We’ve also had our share of illnesses…Phoebe had the croup on Friday, February 11, and was sick with an earache and cough for about a week after that. She’s feeling a lot better and more energetic now! (Mom and Dad are on the mend, too. Boy, those germs are insidious.)

What follows is everyone’s favorite: a bunch of photos without much yak! Dave tells me that I’ll be more popular if I do a shorter post every couple of days than post everything all at once, so I’ll take his advice.

Guess Phoebe doesn’t like having her thumb covered up!
Like father like daughter…just why I told him to never order spaghetti on a first date!
