More Baby Pictures

Jess and I thought you all might enjoy a few more baby photos. It was pretty busy in the mom and baby unit here at Foothills Hospital. Our nice visit from Marin, Kelli, and Pete the day before was followed up by a great visit from John, Henry, Katie, and Emily. It was fun to see some friendly adult faces and the boys were a hoot too. Henry practically knocked himself silly having fun with a nice happy birthday balloon that they brought.

Yesterday we received a lot of beautiful flowers. Some from as far away as Mexico City (thanks Elaina!).

We also got a chance to get some nice photos of Phoebe between her near-constant quest for breast milk.

Wow, a photo with her eyes open. Now that wasn't too easy to get. Good work Phoebe!

This morning Phoebe had her first bath. Her hair looks a bit lighter in color now that all of that gunk has been washed out of her hair.

After her bath, I put Phoebe into her first real outfit while mommy was enjoying a shower. Phoebe just knew mommy would like the cute monkeys, and dad sure appreciated the easy snaps.

Haven't you always wanted a monkey?

Well, that’s it from the hospital. Mommy, baby, and daddy are all ready to blow this joint. Next stop, home.

Yay! Hope you are doing well at home (it was pretty scary for us to arrive at home and realize we didn’t have the nurses to take care of us anymore)…

    More pics please!

She’s a doll! Her hair is particularly awesome. I’m enjoying the recent posts and updates. Keep ’em coming. We can’t wait to meet her!
