In early October we discovered that if you hold Phoebe’s hands in yours, she can pull herself up to a standing position without any help.

The doctor told us to give Phoebe things like whole carrots and celery that she can’t bite into, so that she can learn how not to gag herself with food. Here she is at Old Chicago.

Last Wednesday night, I was packing to get ready for a trip to Ohio with Phoebe. I was in her room picking out cute outfits for her, so I sat her down in her crib to hang out and wait for me. When I looked over, she was standing up (and pretty proud of herself)! I took a few photos and videos and then got out the tools to move her mattress down a setting.
